Following the AGM on 19th March 2026 we said that we would give an early view of the voting for the items 9 and 10.
The votes were in favour of all other motions and details will be included in the minutes.
All votes include the proxy votes received by the due time before the meeting and the votes cast by owners present at the meeting.
Item 9 – Pool Fencing
Following the discussions primarily around options 2 and 3 the key issue/difference is the walkway access at the side of Bungalow 100b as much of the other work is the same for options 2&3 and subject to detail design.
Voting results
Option 1 (keep aluminium fence) – 1.494% (2 owners)
Option 2 (no dedicated walkway) – 18.056% (28 owners)
Option 3 (dedicated walkway) – 23.132% (30 owners)
Item 10 – VV’s
10a – provide details of VV registration and insurance
For: 20.941%
Against: 3.991%
10b – owners with VV can ‘potentially’ be charged a supplement and the committee to investigate and take legal advice/opinion (for vote at future meeting)
For: 22.831%
Against: 15.319%
