We have recently had a few issues with parcels being delivered to Reception

Please ensure you use the correct mailing address:

Please ensure the name and property number are clearly marked on all packages, or they will be returned to sender/courier.
The reception is only for ‘owners’ packages not short term renters (we can’t match names to properties)
We take no responsibility for any packages sent to or left at Reception.
