There will be an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) on 24th May 2012, to be held in Sausalito’s Restaurant.

Another very busy couple of weeks!

We have sent letters to the Managers of six local hotels reference use of the centre road as access.

Three signs are being made to deter holiday makers from accessing our complex. one between propertys 4 and 5 stating access is for Bar Bastian restaurant only, one to the road behind the T’s and V’s and one to the side of Bar Bastian.

The program of replacing manhole covers continues, and the raising of the wall to the North East boundary has been completed.

The first installation on lanzarote ( at faro Park, Playa Blanca) using the existing co-axial ( TV) cables, is going live this month ( May). If successful, and the residents there assure us it works well, your board would like to get on with an installationon Zone d as quickly as possible.

We have negotiated our bank charges from Sol Bank from €1073  last year to approx €200 this year.
