Update – Use of the Swimming Pool on Zone C for all Zone D owners.

On the North/North East side of the Complex our Boundary with the Common area, we intend to replace the existing Fence and Posts. The Posts have become unstable and the Fence has been damaged by people climbing over.
Our intention is to install a Fence 2 meter high to prevent people climbing over. This work will commence shortly.

Regular checks on the property’s have so far been positive with no incidents to report.
After a long delay we are now removing the diseased Trees.
