30th December 2012

Following a recent incident resulting in damage to the promenade gate keypads, the Police were called and an arrest subsequently made. A court hearing has taken place and a further hearing will be held later in January 2013 when I should have more details of the outcome.

Further to discussions with the Town Hall, a registered surveyor has visited the complex to begin to assess the work necessary and costs involved in clearly defining our common parts.

The damaged wall on the main road adjacent to number 63 will be replaced with kerbstones and the recovered volcanic rock used to repair the wall on the opposite side.

The main pipework along row 80 to 85 has now been replaced, additionally 3 metres have been moved and the supply to the properties renewed.

I notice that a small number of sun loungers appear to be “missing” and would be grateful if owners and their guests  would refrain from moving them from the pool areas, thank you.

Happy New Year to you all!

Brian
