As we know Industria Las Palmas, who oversee our Electric supply have since 2003 required us to upgrade and renew all of our complex electric cables. i.e. Pools and street lights. Last year all electrics to the swimming pool rooms were upgraded to current standards and we have recently commenced upgrading our street light cables.
We have recently purchased three light globes that prevent light pollution and increase light at ground level. The built in reflectors allow extra vision.
We will soon be raising the wall to the northern boundary to prevent non residents entering the complex and residents escaping.
For the past few months Hedley Smith has been assisting Ray Hamar in the installation of several hundred meters of new main TV cables to improve our TV Pictures. All this help is voluntary and much appreciated.
We continue to improve the complex in spite of our debtors. The T and Vs have handrails fitted where required and also completion of curbstones to garden areas.
We are soon commencing work on changing manhole covers to paths in the worse areas.
30 new sun bed covers have arrived after being on order for 3 months and are being fitted. A few of our sun beds have been spirited away to owners terraces. Please return them to the Pool area.
The new heat pumps are working well and will be turned off later in April.
