The heat pumps for the Pool at the Ts and Vs area need to be replaced. Owing to significant price increases from January 2022 we have ordered new Heat Pumps, and installation should take place in the next 2 months. According to our information from the Technician the Pumps should be quieter than the existing pumps.

A very Happy and Healthy New Year 2022 to everyone.

Brian

Owing to several Trees being removed because of disease, we have contacted a reputable garden centre to supply shrubs up to 1 1/2 meter high to fill in bare areas and also have shrubs to supply colour to the gardens.

We wish you all a very happy Christmas and a healthy new year 2022.

Thanks

Brian

We are currently spreading Picon to Gardens on the Complex. We have spread several lorry loads so far but have paused with the Picon temporarily as the Picon is too small and dust like. We are also repainting areas that need upgrading while the Complex is quiet.

Brian

We are currently re-siliconing the area between pool liners and coping stones to both pools.

Remedial works have been carried out to assist in preventing water damage after heavy rain during the winter.

Tree pruning and removing infected trees now complete.

Pool heating will be turned off for the summer in the next week subject to current hot weather continuing.

Hardie Brown

We are very sad to say that Hardie Brown No.4, passed away on 21.3.2021. Hardie was one of the original owners and was well known for his love of Cigars. We send condolences to Hardies Family.

As of today we are still in Tier 4 in Lanzarote. We would appreciate owners sending in Proxys for the AGM on 20.3.2021 as we are currently unaware when tier changes will take place.
