The Basura Skip behind Los Amigos is for Domestic Rubbish and not for IKEA and other boxes that could be recycled. Currently the skip is full of cardboard boxes. Please recycle boxes.

There are recycling areas behind Zone C.

Any owner having work carried out should insist the Builder disposes of his own rubbish and not use the community skip.

We are currently painting areas around the complex that are in need of attention.

After Christmas we will begin the annual pruning of the Palms. Also will be adding Picon to areas as requested by owners. If you are in need of more Picon please add your names to Luis list.

This week the Guardia Civil accompanied by a Clerk of the court, have been knocking on doors ref. letting. They were on Zone C where they were working at the time.

There have been 3 opportunist thefts from Bungalows in the last 2 weeks. Please be careful ref phones, laptops and cash being left in vulnerable places.

Todao was married on 13.10.2018 and has now gone on a 2 week honeymoon. Our congratulations to Todao and his wife.

Owing to the existing Modulator failing to work any longer, on Wednesday 26th new modulators were fitted. This allows us to have 8 english channels again. Your TV will need re-tuning.

Should you have a problem re-tuning your TV ring Alex or Stefan and they will re-tune your TV.

Also Monday 1.10.2018 Luis returns after his holiday so he will also help if needed.

The Modulator that controls 8 channels has a software issue that has now reduced us to one channel. This Modulator has to be sent to the UK for repairs. This takes time so we are installing new modulators to reinstate the missing channels. Rather than 1 modulator that controls all the channels and when it breaks down we lose all of the channels, with individual modulators i.e. one for each channel the idea is that we only lose one channel should an individual modulator break down.

The Skip on the centre road by No.16 is for Garden Foilage and branches only. The Skip has had Domestic waste deposited in the Skip.

Do NOT place Domestic Waste in this Skip. We have placed Signs in three Languages on the Skip.

We have fitted a new Head Station (Amplifier) for the TV. This allows us to equalise signal strength on every channel as they require variable signal strengths depending on individual channels.

The previous Amplifier only had the facility to send out one signal strength for all channels. This will prove to make the channels more controlable.
