All of the remaining areas to the Road have now been Tarmacked and approx 5 road manhole covers have been replaced with heavy duty covers.  One of the sleeping policemen opposite 73 have been replaced with a tarmac hump.The original one will be reinstalled nearer the Promenade to slow down Scooters and Cycles.
You will also notice the parking area to No.21 has had Tarmac laid.  This was a private contract paid by the owner to the company.

We have experienced several outages on one of our fibre optic lines.  The same line every time.  This is out of our control.  Movie Star have been informed and they are monitoring the problem.
Another incident ref theft.  Two of our owners packing up to leave had a suitcase stolen from their Lounge with their belongings.  Please remain vigilant ref this type of theft.
In the next month we intend to Tarmac several areas to improve road conditions.  There are also several Manholes that need replacing at the same time.
As previously mentioned 10 new Sun Beds should be delivered in the next two weeks.  They will be situated at the Pool by the T’s and V’s.
All the new Kerbs to the area from 105a to 108 both sides of the road have now been completed.

The repairs to the Heat Pump  have now been completed and the Pool is back to normal temperature.

One Heat Pump on the Ts an Vs side is being repaired. The other Heat Pump is working. Hopefully the repair will be completed in the next few days.

We are continuing to renew TV and WiFi cables to the properties. On the blocks of Bungalows the new cables are being fitted on the Roof which eliminates the splitters/connections in the pathway.

Several property’s are vacant and the internal connections will be made when access is available.

We are continuing with news Kerb Stones between 105a and 108. This work is nearing completion in the next week or so.

The Promenade Gate which was damaged during vandalism has been cut down in height and reinstated in such a way that it can no longer be removed.

We have now commenced replacing Kerbs between 105A and 110T.

The Gate at the entrance to the Promenade has been removed again. We will need to make it impossible to lift off.

We are currently replacing the metal plates in the road with heavy duty manhole covers.

Over the next few days, maintenance work will be carried out to the website and blog. During this period there may be times when the website is unavailable.

On Friday 18.1.2019, the area between Bungalow 106B and 107 will be Tarmacked, as the surface is in need of improving.

We have become aware of many Sky Dishes on the Roofs that are Rusty and corroded. Should you have a Dish on your roof that is no longer in use we can remove the dish. Should you have a rusty dish you are still using you can paint the dish with ordinary paint to enhance the look of the Complex.
