After Ernie Jeffrey resigned we received an application CV from Barbara Hale ref Board Membership at 2020 AGM.  We have taken the opportunity to co-opt Barbara on to the Board up to the AGM when all applicants will be voted for.

Ref Internet and TV

Should you realise the Internet is NOT working or there is an issue with the TV channels, please tell Luis asap.  We cannot tell whether individual units are down unless you report the problem to Luis or John Rand.  Leaving it for several days only causes frustration to all!

From Today 15.10.2019 the Ayuntiomento will NOT collect Household Rubbish i.e. Boilers, furniture from behind Los Amigos.  This must be taken to the same points as Domestic Rubbish.

On the last Tuesday of October the Basura Rubbish Container behind Los Amigos will be removed by the Ayuntiomento for the last time.
In future Domestic Rubbish must be taken to the collection points.

There will be a Garden Waste container on the complex.  This is for Garden Rubbish ONLY.

Stefan and John Rand have informed me that the Sky Sports box will act up as Italian Police have shut all IPTV services down, which is causing chaos, especially to pubs as no football etc.  It is not the boxes fault.  At this time we are uncertain when it will be reinstated.

Assuming  my information is correct, Canal Gestion are supplying recycled water to the Golf Course, Hotels, and Common Parts.
All of the Complexes have had their supply stopped.  This can only be a financial decision as we will now have to pay approx. 10 times the recycled water rates for domestic water for the Gardens.
We will commence using Domestic Water for the Gardens on Tuesday.  The Pipe runs will be inspected when turned on and any property’s where the Jets are missing we will install new Jets.  The extra costs to the community makes this necessary.  
This extra cost will obviously affect our Budget.  We are actively trying to find an answer ref how long before the recycled water is reinstated.

Reminder
Reference Swimming Pools.
We have a reciprocal arrangement with Zone C where they can use our Pools and we can use their Pools.  This arrangement has been in place for several years now.

A Timely reminder that irrespective of any comments made by any owner, there are no designated Parking Spots on roads on Playa Bastian. Any Owner or Guest can park in any empty parking space.
