Luis has informed me several owners are complaining ref their gardens not being attended to.  I must draw your attention to the fact that we have cleaned up Palm Leaves after over 100 Palms have been pruned. We are currently spreading 7 Lorry loads of Picon.
For this we have taken on a self employed worker to assist.  The Team are working hard every day and unless the owners agree to spend an additional 27.000€ per year on an extra full time gardener, we are doing all we can.
Should you require an extra gardener please ask for the Item to be added to the next AGM Agenda so that the Budget can be increased.

Also, thanks to John Rands who is assisting with the Wi Fi on a voluntary basis.  We are very fortunate to have Johns help

Another incident ref theft.  Two of our owners packing up to leave had a suitcase stolen from their Lounge with their belongings.  Please remain vigilant ref this type of theft.
In the next month we intend to Tarmac several areas to improve road conditions.  There are also several Manholes that need replacing at the same time.
