Assuming  my information is correct, Canal Gestion are supplying recycled water to the Golf Course, Hotels, and Common Parts.
All of the Complexes have had their supply stopped.  This can only be a financial decision as we will now have to pay approx. 10 times the recycled water rates for domestic water for the Gardens.
We will commence using Domestic Water for the Gardens on Tuesday.  The Pipe runs will be inspected when turned on and any property’s where the Jets are missing we will install new Jets.  The extra costs to the community makes this necessary.  
This extra cost will obviously affect our Budget.  We are actively trying to find an answer ref how long before the recycled water is reinstated.

Reminder
Reference Swimming Pools.
We have a reciprocal arrangement with Zone C where they can use our Pools and we can use their Pools.  This arrangement has been in place for several years now.

A Timely reminder that irrespective of any comments made by any owner, there are no designated Parking Spots on roads on Playa Bastian. Any Owner or Guest can park in any empty parking space.

Should any owner wish to have a Satellite Dish removed from their Roof it can be arranged with a fee payable of 20€.

Once again Guests or Friends of owners are making the Pool Areas problematic, by reserving Sun Beds and behaving in an unruly manner.  Please advise anyone using your property to respect the Rules of the Complex.

The Water company Canal Gestion have turned off and sealed all the water meters for Garden Water in the whole of Costa Teguise.
They say this is a temporary measure while they improve the system.  At this time no further information is available.
Should this situation not be resolved within 4 weeks we will have to revert to the domestic water supply at a far greater cost to the Community.

Luis in Reception will be on Holiday from 6.8.2019 to 2.9.2019.
During this period Reception will be open from 9 am to 1 pm.

Picon
We have temporarily suspended the supply of Picon required for some gardens as the quality of the Picon is almost like dust.  We will resume supplying Picon when we can be sure the quality has improved.

After fitting new lights to the swimming pool on the T’s and V’s side, one of the Lights has been deliberately removed.  We have now refitted the Light.
Please be alert to anyone carrying out such pointless vandalism.
We have received complaints from owners ref Santa Rosa Clients using our Pools.  We are taking measures to prevent this happening.

Owing to illness in the company, the fumigation will take place on the 18.7.2019.
