It has come to my attention that the Pool Guard was asked by a Zone D owner to remove a Zone C owner from one of our pools. Can I make it quite clear that we have a reciprocal arrangement with Zone C, meaning we can use their pool and they in turn can use ours.

Some of the owners have contacted us to complain that the pools have been invaded by “mosquitoes”. This is apparently affecting many pools in the Costa Teguise area. The Board has agreed to pay 318 euro as a share of the cost of extending the Boundary Fence at Casa J on the North Side, as several people are entering and leaving the complex at this point. The costing was decided on the same basis as the Boundary Fence by 207.

Sleeping Policemen are currently being fitted to three places on the centre road. Zone C will be contributing their share of the costs.
