Dumping of household rubbish on the complex

We have had a number of reports of household waste being dumped in the rubbish bins around the pools and even on private property. This is clearly not acceptable and needs to be stopped.
All owners should be well aware of the locations of household waste and recycling bins but could you please make any guests, renters aware and ask that they use the proper facilities.
Facilities are available on the complex by the northwest entrance from Avenida del Mar with recycling on the roadside and additionally in front of the Radisson Blu hotel on the roadside.
Such blatant disregard for the site rules must be stopped. If you see any perpetrators then please let us know (ideally with a property number they are staying in) either through reception or on the committee email.
The maintenance team have plenty of work to do without having to clear up such mess.

Following the AGM on 19th March 2026 we said that we would give an early view of the voting for the items 9 y 10.

The votes were in favour of all other motions and details will be included in the minutes.

All votes include the proxy votes received by the due time before the meeting and the votes cast by owners present at the meeting.

Item 9 – Pool Fencing

Following the discussions primarily around options 2 y 3 the key issue/difference is the walkway access at the side of Bungalow 100b as much of the other work is the same for options 2&3 and subject to detail design.

Voting results

Option 1 (keep aluminium fence) – 1.494% (2 owners)

Option 2 (no dedicated walkway)  – 18.056% (28 owners)

Option 3 (dedicated walkway) – 23.132% (30 owners)

Item 10 – VV’s

10a – provide details of VV registration and insurance

For: 20.941%

Against: 3.991%

10b – owners with VV can ‘potentially’ be charged a supplement and the committee to investigate and take legal advice/opinion (for vote at future meeting)

For: 22.831% 

Against: 15.319%

Middle Pool Requiring essential maintenance

On Monday 2nd March, Miguel will begin draining the middle pool for essential maintenance , which will take 2 días. Providing there are no unexpected problems, it will then take a further 3 days to fill.

Pool Update

Miguel is going to start filling the pool today (lunes) and it will be ready for use on Friday ( 20/02).

The Pool by Los Amigos will be closed from Monday 9th February for approximately 3 días.

The pool needs to be emptied for essential cleaning and maintenance, and this work is expected to take 3 days to complete.

We have had another report of a theft from the patio of one of our owners. The thief stole a few items of thankfully not great value, but had been seen walking around the site presumably checking out what she could steal when the time was right. Please make sure any valuables are not left unattended on patios, and please be vigilant. Si ves algo sospechoso, please report it to Reception/Committee, or the Police. Nos acaban de notificar… Mañana, 25de noviembre, Se realizarán trabajos en el medidor de agua., y el agua se cortará a partir de las 10:00 SOY. El trabajo puede tardar 2 a 3 horas.

Como anunciamos a principios de esta semana, tenemos que completar trabajos de mantenimiento esenciales en el sistema eléctrico del sitio..

La primera parte se completó sin incidentes el miércoles 12 de noviembre..

Mañana 14 de noviembre, si el clima lo permite, las otras tres subestaciones serán reparadas con las siguientes propiedades afectadas por un período durante la jornada laboral.
