We have discovered a broken sewer drain pipe, running towards the promenade, which is on Ayuntiomento or Inalsas land. The break is about 8 metres from the promenade wall.The procedure to have this repaired or renewed is to ring the Ayuntiomento, should they refuse to act, we then have to phone the water company. Should they also fail to act, we have to phone the local police! An ATM machine has been fitted to the car hire building next to Reception.

The Heat Pumps to the Ts and Vs pool have been temporarily turned off as we have a Filter that has become damaged through age. We are dealing with the problem.

Two houses have been flooded caused by a blocked Sewer. We believe the problem is still being caused by flushing wet wipes down toilets. We have requested before that your family, friends and guests are informed about this issue. Please remind them not to, as it is important.

The plant that supplies the recycled water has been refurbished and the supply now has increased pressure to all areas. The current problem is where the inserts for the system are not in place, we have 2 meter high water spouts which then decreases the pressure to neighbours gardens.

Although the first stage of the fibre optic cable is now in place we cannot confirm a date for the final connection. The official application has been made and we will be informed when the company intend to complete the final installation.

Please can Owners advise their Guests not to use the small bins around the Pools and Roads for Household waste. Also, Owners must inform their Guests where the main household Basura Skips are i.e. one behind Los Amigos and one by the road on Zone C.

This has been a problem this Summer and just creates additional work for our Maintenence team.
