Huidige zwembadbeperkingen

Gemeenschappelijke ligbedden mogen niet worden gebruikt. ( Eigenaars kunnen deze zelf leveren.)

Sociale afstand nemen van 1.5 Meters moeten zowel in als buiten het zwembad worden bewaard.

De douches aan het zwembad zijn niet in gebruik.

Geen beperking op aantal personen of openingstijden. Deze beperkingen gelden tot nader order.

Naar aanleiding van de ontvangst van een aantal opmerkingen, Mag ik alle eigenaren eraan herinneren dat Playa Bastian een woon- en familiegerichte gemeenschap is en hoewel het acceptabel is om topless te zonnebaden op de ligbedden bij het zwembad, is hetzelfde niet acceptabel/aangemoedigd om rond te lopen of het zwembad zelf te gebruiken.
Zorg er ook voor dat alle personen die uw accommodatie gebruiken, op de hoogte zijn van deze en alle andere zwembadregels (bijv. Ligbedden reserveren, gebruik van springkussens….)

Zwembaden
Van 16.6.2020 de zwembaden worden heropendvan 9 am to 9 pm.  Zeven dagen per week. De ligbedden zullen tot nader order niet in gebruik zijn.

Update – Use of the Swimming Pool on Zone C for all Zone D owners.

Please see the attached document, regarding the use of the Zone C pool during the current Corona Virus restrictions.

On the North/North East side of the Complex our Boundary with the Common area, we intend to replace the existing Fence and Posts. The Posts have become unstable and the Fence has been damaged by people climbing over.
Our intention is to install a Fence 2 meter high to prevent people climbing over. This work will commence shortly.

Regular checks on the property’s have so far been positive with no incidents to report.
After a long delay we are now removing the diseased Trees.

A mini Tornado swept through Playa Bastian on Saturday and disabled the Spanish TV Ariel. This will be repaired a.s.a.p.

The situation remains uncertain ref reconvening the A.G.M. The wording on the Proxy Forms allows us to use them for the Meeting when ever it occurs.
As traveling to Lanzarote is also uncertain we would appreciate any owners who have not sent proxy’s to do so for the meeting should it take place in the near future.

It has been reported that in Puerto del Carmen some property’s that are unoccupied have had their key safes knocked off the wall. The Keys removed to gain access to the property. At this time we have had no reports of any such incidents in Costa Teguise. It would be advisable to either have your keys removed and leave the key safe open or you can inform Luis or myself of your key safe code and we will remove and keep the keys for you until you need them.

Owing to the lack of owners and people in general we have decided today to have the Reception Hoursvan 9 to 1 pm.

From Monday 13.4.2020 Reception will be reopening and the Maintenance Team will also return to work. An easement reference for non essential worker’s in the state of emergency, allows for return to work.
