Luis heeft me laten weten dat verschillende eigenaren klagen dat hun tuinen niet worden onderhouden. Ik moet uw aandacht vestigen op het feit dat we palmbladeren hebben opgeruimd 100 Palmen zijn gesnoeid. Momenteel zijn we aan het verspreiden 7 Vrachtwagenladingen Picon.
Hiervoor hebben wij een zzp’er ingeschakeld om te assisteren. Het team werkt elke dag hard en tenzij de eigenaren ermee instemmen om € 27.000 extra per jaar uit te geven aan een extra fulltime tuinman, we doen alles wat we kunnen.
Mocht u een extra tuinman nodig hebben, vraag dan of het item kan worden toegevoegd aan de volgende AVA-agenda, zodat het budget kan worden verhoogd..

Vice-president Ernie Jeffrey, na jaren van lange dienst, heeft met tegenzin ontslag genomen uit het bestuur van Zone D, vanaf vandaag van kracht.

Er wordt hard gewerkt aan de renovatie van de receptie.
Op 11 september is de receptie gesloten, 12th, en volgende week de 13e om de renovatie te voltooien.
Picon is afgeleverd en wordt momenteel verspreid. Ongeveer. 7 Er worden vrachtwagens geladen en er is tijdelijk een andere medewerker aangenomen om deze taak te ondersteunen.

The reception will be closed for refurbishment works on Tuesday 4th June to Thursday 6th June. Plot 222 are updating Reception and Men’s Toilets where the Tiles are about to fall from the walls.
The intention is to remove the concrete seats replace with table and chairs and install new shelving for Books.

Pool Heating has now been turned off for the Summer months as normal.

We have now started Painting areas that need painting including painting over 100 Street Light Posts.

Almost all Palm Tress have now been pruned.

We will soon have Picon delivered and spread to Gardens where required. Please ask Luis if you require any Picon (if you have not done so already) and he will add you to the list for the next delivery.

We have installed another Sleeping Policeman at the lower end of the Main Road to slow Cyclists and Scooters down.

All of the remaining areas to the Road have now been Tarmacked and approx 5 road manhole covers have been replaced with heavy duty covers. One of the sleeping policemen opposite 73 have been replaced with a tarmac hump.The original one will be reinstalled nearer the Promenade to slow down Scooters and Cycles.
You will also notice the parking area to No.21 has had Tarmac laid. This was a private contract paid by the owner to the company.

We have experienced several outages on one of our fibre optic lines. The same line every time. This is out of our control. Movie Star have been informed and they are monitoring the problem.
Another incident ref theft. Two of our owners packing up to leave had a suitcase stolen from their Lounge with their belongings. Please remain vigilant ref this type of theft.
In the next month we intend to Tarmac several areas to improve road conditions. There are also several Manholes that need replacing at the same time.
As previously mentioned 10 new Sun Beds should be delivered in the next two weeks. They will be situated at the Pool by the T’s and V’s.
All the new Kerbs to the areafrom 105a to 108 both sides of the road have now been completed.

Houd er rekening mee dat er nog steeds verdachte mensen rondlopen op het complex. Eén persoon heeft een mobiele telefoon verloren tijdens een ‘wandeling door het huis’’ dief.

De reparaties aan de warmtepomp zijn nu voltooid en het zwembad is weer op normale temperatuur.
