Nous avons temporairement suspendu l'approvisionnement en Picon nécessaire à certains jardins car la qualité du Picon est presque comme de la poussière. Nous reprendrons la fourniture de Picon lorsque nous serons sûrs que la qualité s'est améliorée..

Après avoir installé de nouveaux éclairages sur la piscine côté T et V, l'une des lumières a été volontairement supprimée. Nous avons maintenant réaménagé la lumière.
Soyez attentif à toute personne effectuant un tel vandalisme inutile..
Nous avons reçu des plaintes de propriétaires ref. Clients de Santa Rosa utilisant nos piscines. Nous prenons des mesures pour éviter que cela ne se produise.

Les lumières de la piscine ont maintenant été recâblées et de nouvelles lumières installées si nécessaire dans les deux piscines..

Luis has informed me several owners are complaining ref their gardens not being attended to. I must draw your attention to the fact that we have cleaned up Palm Leaves after over 100 Palms have been pruned.We are currently spreading 7 Lorry loads of Picon.
For this we have taken on a self employed worker to assist. The Team are working hard every day and unless the owners agree to spend an additional 27.000€ per year on an extra full time gardener, we are doing all we can.
Should you require an extra gardener please ask for the Item to be added to the next AGM Agenda so that the Budget can be increased.

Also, thanks to John Rands who is assisting with the Wi Fi on a voluntary basis. We are very fortunate to have Johns help

Vice President Ernie Jeffrey, after years of long service, has reluctantly resigned from the Board of Zone D, to take effect from today.

The Board and I would like to thank Ernie for all his help, support and hard work over the years.

Work is progressing on the Reception Refurbishment.
The Reception will be closed on the 11th, 12th, and 13th next week to complete the Refurb.
Picon has been delivered and is being spread at this time. Approx. 7 Lorry loads and another employee has been temporary taken on to assist with this task.

The reception will be closed for refurbishment works on Tuesday 4th June to Thursday 6th June. Plot 222 are updating Reception and Men’s Toilets where the Tiles are about to fall from the walls.
The intention is to remove the concrete seats replace with table and chairs and install new shelving for Books.

Pool Heating has now been turned off for the Summer months as normal.

We have now started Painting areas that need painting including painting over 100 Street Light Posts.

Almost all Palm Tress have now been pruned.

We will soon have Picon delivered and spread to Gardens where required. Please ask Luis if you require any Picon (if you have not done so already) and he will add you to the list for the next delivery.

We have installed another Sleeping Policeman at the lower end of the Main Road to slow Cyclists and Scooters down.
