Du côté nord/nord-est du complexe, notre limite avec l'espace commun, nous avons l'intention de remplacer la clôture et les poteaux existants. Les poteaux sont devenus instables et la clôture a été endommagée par des personnes qui ont grimpé par-dessus.
Notre intention est d'installer une clôture 2 mètres de haut pour empêcher les gens de grimper. Ces travaux débuteront prochainement.

Les contrôles réguliers de la propriété se sont jusqu'à présent révélés positifs, sans incident à signaler..
Après un long retard, nous enlevons maintenant les arbres malades..

A mini Tornado swept through Playa Bastian on Saturday and disabled the Spanish TV Ariel. This will be repaired a.s.a.p.

The situation remains uncertain ref reconvening the A.G.M. The wording on the Proxy Forms allows us to use them for the Meeting when ever it occurs.
As traveling to Lanzarote is also uncertain we would appreciate any owners who have not sent proxy’s to do so for the meeting should it take place in the near future.

It has been reported that in Puerto del Carmen some property’s that are unoccupied have had their key safes knocked off the wall. The Keys removed to gain access to the property. At this time we have had no reports of any such incidents in Costa Teguise. It would be advisable to either have your keys removed and leave the key safe open or you can inform Luis or myself of your key safe code and we will remove and keep the keys for you until you need them.

Owing to the lack of owners and people in general we have decided today to have the Reception Hoursdepuis 9 to 1 pm.

From Monday 13.4.2020 Reception will be reopening and the Maintenance Team will also return to work. An easement reference for non essential worker’s in the state of emergency, allows for return to work.

With John Rands, I check the property’s every day. So far no problems with the property’s at all.
There is a rumour of an attempted break in to a property. This rumour is unfounded. No attempted break ins to property’s recently.
I would also thank all the owners currently on our Complex for their offers of help in the current situation.

Owing to further measures from the Spanish Government the Reception will be closed until further notice and the Maintenance Team will also be unable to work from the30/3/2020.

Although we are in total Lockdown here and will be at least until after Easter, we have arranged with John Rands, who can legally carry out any Emergency work required on property’s. i.e. Boiler replacement or other urgent problems . This is emergency work only.
