Nous diffusons actuellement Picon dans les jardins du complexe. Jusqu'à présent, nous avons réparti plusieurs chargements de camions, mais nous avons temporairement fait une pause avec le Picon car le Picon est trop petit et ressemble à de la poussière.. Nous repeignons également les zones qui nécessitent une rénovation pendant que le complexe est calme..

Nous re-silicions actuellement la zone située entre les revêtements de piscine et les margelles des deux piscines..

Des travaux de réparation ont été effectués pour aider à prévenir les dégâts des eaux après de fortes pluies pendant l'hiver..

L'élagage des arbres et l'élimination des arbres infectés sont désormais terminés.

Le chauffage de la piscine sera éteint pour l'été la semaine prochaine sous réserve de la persistance du temps chaud actuel..

After very heavy Rain this winter several property’s had water coming through the walls. We have spent several weeks changing pipe work in an effort to prevent further problems. This work is continuing.

Hardie Brown

We are very sad to say that Hardie Brown No.4, passed away on 21.3.2021. Hardie was one of the original owners and was well known for his love of Cigars. We send condolences to Hardies Family.

As of today we are still in Tier 4 in Lanzarote. We would appreciate owners sending in Proxys for the AGMon 20.3.2021 as we are currently unaware when tier changes will take place.

On further investigation of diseased Trees on the Complex, more Trees will have to be removed in January.

Basura Building

Apologies for any lack of information ref the Basura Building.

As you know the Building with the walls and floor is already in place and will never be used again for Basura. An opportunity now to Roof in the area and front entrance to form a secure unit for Zone D Owners only. Storing Cycles is a possibility. Also as a completely separate project at a later date to install Solar Heating to offset our spiralling electrical costs in Pool Heating which currently are 800 to 1000€ per month per pool during the six months a year the pools are heated. The latter being a impossible without the Roof construction which is approx. 45 sq. Meters.

We have been having several requests for fumigation of properties so thought we should put something on the Blog to clarify the procedure.

Requirements to apply for housing Fumigation

The Complex will be treated on a 3 monthly time frame each year under terms of contract.

Individual homes will be charged €75 each. If up to 5 properties require this service it will be €75 for 5.

Only when necessary, NOT PREVENTIVE.

Only one application per year for the same home.

The house must be UNOCCUPIED a minimum of 12 hours after fumigation and 48 hours without cleaning.

Leave the key’s or instructions to access at the time of request.

The Community will take charge once a minimum number of homes has been grouped, on the dates/times programmed by the community.

If you want another date, the service can be requested at any time with a charge to the owner of €75.

I hope all of you are as safe and well as you can be during these difficult times.

I write to let you know that all is in good order. John Rand is still monitoring the Pools and properties.

For all of you that have been asking, good news, Los Amigos will be opening next Tuesday 6th October and I believe the hours will be 10.00am until 7.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Currently it is compulsory to wear a mask at all times and comply with the health regulations.

Propriétaires qui ne sont pas en prélèvement automatique –

En raison de la situation actuelle, les propriétaires ne paieront désormais les factures d'eau que deux fois par an avec leurs redevances.. Les compteurs continueront à être relevés tous les trois mois comme d'habitude afin de détecter tout problème..

Les bordereaux pour l'eau ne seront désormais plus envoyés pour les relevés intermédiaires, seulement décembre et juin. Nous souhaitons que ce paiement soit un arrangement permanent.
